We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, items can be returned within 14 days of purchase provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and undergarments are not eligible for return unless they possess a manufacturing defect.

Pack the Gear
Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and authenticity labels are intact.
Courier Collection
Our shipping partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a pickup from your preferred address across Egypt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
